These terms and conditions regulate access and use to the website, as well as products order.

Registration process and how to place an order
In order to purchase products from Moanne, a site registration is required, either for trade professionals or end consumers.
Orders can be placed through our website or via email.
Purchases with Moanne may be made with credit card, debit card, Paypal, or via bank transfer. We also offer you the possibility of paying 50% in advance and the other 50% before being shipped.
After the order is placed, an email is sent with an order confirmation and additional information relating the order.
The retail prices presented exclude transport costs. A transport quote will be provided after requested as an extra cost.
In order to perform a trade registration, a valid corporate email-address, company name, address, VAT number and other relevant information is required. Trade registration confirmation is sent by email under 24 hours or next working day.

Product standards
Each Moanne design is handcrafted. While every effort is made to maintain uniformity, slight variations may occur.
We reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, screen sizes and resolutions, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your display or monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Customization
Moanne has the ability to customize existing products or new products to meet custom specifications. These orders will necessitate special pricing based on quantity and features. Please contact Moanne for custom quotes.
Pricing
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications and prices on products.
Lead times
All of our products are handmade and made to order. Production takes 8 weeks approximately for regular orders. Delivery time is not included. For pieces with custom specifications or orders of large quantities we reserve the right to agree with the customer on a time of delivery. The lead time for this custom orders can vary between 12 and 24 weeks.
All quoted completion and delivery dates are estimates only. Moanne shall not be liable for delays in completion or shipment or default in delivery for any reason of force majeure or for any cause beyond Moanne’s reasonable control.
In the event of any delay in Moanne’s performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond Moanne’s reasonable control, Moanne shall have such additional time for performance as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances. Acceptance by Buyer of any goods shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of any claim for damages on account of any delay in delivery of such goods.
Order cancellation
Merchandise is manufactured upon the receipt of the order and deposit. Cancellations will not be accepted after 2 days from order confirmation. If you decide you don't want to continue with your order, please contact us at sales@moanne.com in the following 2 days after the order confirmation and we will transfer the paid amount to your bank account. A restocking fee of 50% of the order value will apply to any cancellations received after 2 days from order confirmation.
Storage fees
From the date of balance payment request, Moanne will reserve the right to invoice the client for any period longer than one month of stocking the orders. For each period of 30 days, Moanne will invoice the client with a 10% fee.
Warranty
All goods supplied by us are warranted to be of satisfactory quality, fit for their normal purpose, and free of defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not apply to any defect arising from fair wear and tear, deliberate or accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, using the goods otherwise than recommended by us, a failure to follow our care or any other instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior written approval.
You must notify us of any defects as soon as reasonably possible after they are discovered. If a problem arises, Moanne reserves the right to determine whether return or repair is more appropriate. In case of replacement, it is an essential requirement to deliver the damaged piece to receive a new one.
Freight policy & damage claims
Transport cost is paid by the client. Customs clearance costs / duties are not included on the price.
Collect by the carrier of the customer’s choice unless otherwise stated on the order. Transport quotations provided by Moanne don’t include unforeseen expenses such as local customs clearance, even for door to door deliveries.
Title passes to the purchaser at the time the goods are picked up by the carrier in our warehouse. All products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment.
We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a visible or concealed damage occurs in transit, please notify immediately the delivering carrier with a file notification of claim intention.
The original packaging of the products must be kept. In case a claim is submitted, the packaging must be kept during the period in which the claim is settled.
If the collection or return of any item is needed and the original packaging was not kept, the client shall be responsible for all costs and procedures necessary for the item to be in shipping conditions.
Moanne reserves the right to decline responsibility if: a. The claim is presented after the 2 working day period, or is not accompanied by the mandatory information mentioned in 5 working days; b. The claimed products were altered out or any way tempered with, either by the client or by a third party, without Moanne’s consent; c. The products show clear signs of regular use.
Please note: Any damage should also be communicated to Moanne during the first 48 hours after receiving the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent by email to sales@moanne.com.
Modifications in the information contained in the website
Moanne reserves the right to change, delete or update the information included in the website, catalog, price list, or any other document at any time, without giving prior notice.
Intellectual property
All copyright over designs, databases and software (including source codes), as well as all the elements contained in the website (texts, graphics, photos, videos, colours combinations (content), and its structure, selection and organization, are owned by Moanne.
Dealer internet websites may neither advertise, nor in any way, display the Moanne name, logo, product images or any other proprietary company emblems or information without prior written consent from the company.
